I used to slap them when they got too close but I can't anymore.
I don't know if either they got faster or if I got slower.

One time a mosquito was flying near my ear and I smacked it and it went inside my ear somehow, still alive but stuck in the ear goo it buzzed around super loudly for a few hours but it was quiet the next day
