That's how it is here too, but it's mostly because men don't want custody and would prefer to just pay child support. My uncle got most of the custody despite his ex not doing much wrong because thats the agreement they wanted.

There are some particularly evil women who would abuse the child support system, but most women think about their long term future and living off of child support and welfare is not profitable and leads to a miserable existence. Most women would get an abortion before trying to ruin a man's life with a baby then leaving him with that purpose in mind. The current system does need reform though, I'll agree with that.

No, it's not for anything. What minimum wage is for is for the people who work those jobs to decide. The point of a free market is that individuals get to make these choices, not that society gets to tell them what their job is for.

Not really any minimum wage in Norway, but the lowest you'll typically earn at a fast-food joint or whatever as an adult would be between 120 to 150NOK per hour.
Depending on how much you work, you'd probably manage just fine on that a month, given you can be a little strict with yourself and your spendings.
