Not really, I know quite a few redheads and they tend to be very thin, weak looking and and sick pale.
Back in high school one of the dudes I used to hang out the most with was from a family of redheads, he didn't get inherit the ginger hair, though all his siblings did, but he was super pale and freckled ,and very very tired and ill looking.
