I've spoken about "breeding out" with my graduate genetics professor and his colleagues it's incredibly unlikely because preferences always will exist. It isn't racist to prefer a certain race. Pretty much everyone does.
If you look at "projections" you'll see mixed race doesn't grow all that much it's just white people don't have many kids, while hispanics have a ton
