You can visit there but to live for an extended period of time or earn money there(such as a job) you would need a company to wish to sponsor you.
I don't know why any company would sponsor someone who doesn't speak Japanese, though.
You need a job offer in Japan in order to apply for nearly all types of Work Visas in Japan.
How will you communicate with people? Most people do not speak English let alone fluent English.
Your home country is the only one and it's not Japan.
