The chinese lost hundreds of thousands of men in Korea. They barely got into south korea, when the allies started to push back.
By the time the chinese crossed the parallel, they had lost ridiculous amounts of men, they were exhausted, hungry, and supply lines were overstretched.
The allies were superior in every other manner, except manpower.

Technically we didn't. The US ceasefire with North vietnam secured the existance of the south for a few more years at the very least.
The North took on the south, when the US has already gone back home. There weren't US forces fighting for vietnam in 75.
But nonetheless, if you want to say that we lost. OK. we lost vietnam.
