If there's anything worse than living under EU influence it is living in the Russian sphere of influence.

Ever since this is how every army has been composed and changing that would be a terrible idea.
I'm not a fan of the EU, but an European army is necessary if you want to make the EU work and make the EU a serious player in the world. So I do support it.
