I joined a discount dental program here for $40, and got my wisdom teeth pulled at the local dentist for $150 each, which is around the same price as if you had insurance. Some dentists (I'd say most) would also be kind enough to give you a direct discount if you showed them you had financial need. They'd make $20 to fix your teeth instead of the usual $200+
