Does it get to -40 often where you live? I'm OP and my -48 happened in 1999 or 2000 when I still lived in central Lapland, since I moved further south I haven't experienced -40 once I think. My dad is from these parts and in his childhood -40 happened almost every winter even here, guess it's global warming.

I thought everyone living in Brazil would only find like +35 hot. Is the humidity bad there with all the rainforests and shit?

Rather southern region, so coldest was about -30.
Hottest about +45.
Generally -5-20 in winter +20-35 in summer. May be +35-40 in august

Man in my city i've never experienced what it is like to be bellow 15C, first time i went bellow that was in Bogotá, but even there it doesn't get lower than 8C or so.

What i know though is that anything 28C and above makes me mad. My house has a shit design so the sun hits it constantly through the afternoon, and we end up going above 30C, and that fucking residual hreat lasts until around midnight

Which part of Canada do you live in then? If I had to guess based on that I would say Saskatchewan.
>>
>>58824942
You're close. I live in manitoba, one province to the east
>>
>>58825110
I guess it was a good guess. Then again even Manitoba probably differs by a very big margin depending on if you live right next to the USA border or right at the northernmost parts.
>>
I've never experienced a temperature too cold, coldest was -6º in northern Central Portugal, I detest it when it gets above 20ºC and just stay inside during those times.
>>
>>58818981

You were lucky you didn't visit Greece in 1977 or 2003

http://wmo.asu.edu/europe-highest-temperature

>Information supplied by Dr. Athanasios D. Sarantopoulos indicates that two cities (Athens and Elefsina) reached temperatures of 48.0°C on 10 July 1977. Unconfirmed reports also indicate that a set of Spanish stations may have hit 48.0°C during the 2003 heat wave.

I remember also in 2007 a certain region in Athens reached 46 Celsius duringva late July heatwave
