Well, clearly the blacks won. Look at who proportionality was killed more. Blacks represented 98% of the population, while whites only represented 2%. The black loses didn't matter, the guerillas could fight on. The White population was so small, that in proportion to its population, the losses in the war, both of civilians and soldiers was much more costly than any ZANU/ZAPU losses. If anything this table proves one thing, that the whites would lose any war because they couldn't afford attrition. You also fail to note that the White Rhodesian population had a divorce rate of 40% and was rampant with alcoholism and other social ailments. The war was literally destroying the nation and if you just look at how referendums in the late 70s affirming Black majority rule which were only open to whites passed with great figures of over 70%, it becomes clear that the Rhodesians couldn't fight on. The fought a war and realised that it was impossible to emerge victorious.
