Yes. If you want to go anywhere here it is usually a 10-15 minute drive. All school also offer buses but only poor people use them. I'm surprised Russia isn't equally spread out since it's so big. But I guess the lack of yards and centralized block housing keeps things pretty centrally located. In Texas we drive a lot because people own more land and things are spread out. I wish we would ride horses around town but nobody does that.
