In the OP pic is abandoned prison or idk what, but sure enough not a functioning place. In my pic is one of the stricest prisons in Russia, looks nothing like OP pic.

it's not bad, not top tier vacation spot like breivik has, but not bad, nothing like the russian version that is
there's no "hierarchy", you can get literally everything you want (alcohol, drugs, prostitutes etc), but still it's very boring since most of the day you are just in your cell thinking about stuff or reading
