Arabs are pretty much done with Americans. Some Arabs were hopeful of Russia a few months ago but Russian dream lasted even way shorter than American dream. So I dont think anybody wants western boots in their countries anymore

I dont know but Chinese dont have much gain in entering a war in Syria as much as Westerners as they are already peacefully making progress in Africa.
