Mostly because I can't do any of my hobbies here and don't quite "fit in" with the culture. I enjoy climbing, mountaineering, backpacking, backcountry skiing, etc., while Chicago is surrounded for corn fields for hundreds of miles.

I'm only 21 and still in school. I was at a school in Colorado for a while but I got really depressed and my grades tanked, plus it was crazy expensive so I figured I had to go back in state. I might finish my degree at Coimbra in Portugal, though.

I grew up around here desu. The hiking here sucks and is borderline depressing. Waterfall Glen is the best we have and it's a cesspool compared to the county parks in Colorado.
