People make up more races than there actually are, and people often confuse species with races.
A race becomes a specy when they can't breed with eachother anymore. Obviously all humans can still breed with eachother.
But there really are only 3 races: Mongoloid, Negroid and Caucasoid.
The rest are ethnicities.
Though some people argue that even the difference between Caucasoids, Mongoloids and Negroids is too small to call it races.
