I believe, that in terms of culture, these are the best countries to ever exist.

Maybe not as much in the economic sense as the US or Germany have, but in terms of culture? They are not to be beaten.

What traits to these countries share, and what made them so great?

germans are born workers. they are worker drones whose culture revolves around the things that they do. heck, they are even named after their family trade, like mueller, etc. for germans, every thing is a task, weather it be a fun activity or not. For the french and italians philosophy is a fun brain activity that they engage in while drinking coffee and wine in the countless cafes dotting their cities, but for the germans, philosophy is daunting task that requires a journey through hell and back.

The United States, Western European nations and their allies represented the First World, while the Soviet Union, China, Cuba, and their allies represented the Second World

matter of perspective, there is no great successful French comic being published in Italy right now, even though or comic traditions have always been tied and a lot of Italian artists used to go to France in the 80's and 90's.

The only really big comic industries belong to the US and Japan, all the rest are pretty niche, French comics are far from being mainstream anywhere outside of France, same goes for Italian comics, I really know very little about Spanish comics though.

Depends a bit on region I would say. Here on the left side of the Rhine, we wuz Roman too for about 500 years (I doubt that has any lasting influence though beside some geographical names), but lots of froggish influence too over the later centuries.

Do not forget that Germany was part of the Spanish empire, "Carlos I of Spain and V of the Holy Roman Empire, called" Caesar "c (Ghent, 24 February 1500 - Cuacos de Yuste, September 21, 1558) he reigned with his mother (the latter only nominally) in all kingdoms and Hispanic territories with the name of Carlos I from 1516a to 1556, bringing together for the first time in the same person the crowns of Castile (Kingdom of Navarra inclusive ) and Aragon. was also Holy Roman emperor Charles V from 1520 to 1558 "
