I live in a 50s building. It's in a good condition, restored. They even kept old nameplates on the doors. My rent is 15 000 ₽ (a small town). Would change it for even older building but they're expensive, rich peaople live there and they don't rent. I never lived in a commieblock though, was born into something like picrelated.
