Your country
do you have green belts around your cities?

What's a green belt? Forest?
>>58277416
Large spillages of salsa verde, actually.
>>58277364
We have greenery all over, but sadly no cities to place it around.
>>58277416
It can be forest but it's mostly farmland. It's basically land that can't be built on, and it exists to try and stop urban sprawl
>>58277364
Yes. Thank-you London.
>>58277550
Not really we consume all of our salsa verde
>>58277364
Paraguy
no, we have them INSIDE our """cities"""

Canadian planning laws seem even more strict than the UK. When I was in Vancouver some people were telling me how difficult it was to get permission to cut a tree down. It's good desu
>>58277628
...most of my country is just empty land.

Green land designed to stop urban sprawl
but doesn't work for London
London is so big and such a economic pull that loads of people live in "commuter towns" outside of the green belt and work in london
>>58278097
Some of those towns have green belts as well though, so it's a good idea still. t. Southend. I'd rather have every brownfield site in the country built on before ploughing up a field or wood
>>58278309
The thing is the majority of the green belt is private land used for intensive farming and golf courses
i'm definitely in favour of keeping the public areas
>>58278363
I agree. Rewilding when
