No it's made with marinated roast beef instead of cheap shit tier steak, a proper Italian beef also has hot peppers and the whole thing is dunked into the beef broth before serving, cheese or no cheese is a preference thing but it's usually provalone or mozzarella instead of fucking cheese wiz.
