Dunno. Ordning is THE cornerstone of Swedish society so everybody would just laugh it off and ignore it.

That happens a lot here.
>>
>>58161044
well, it's legal to depose a prime minister in a Parlament system, while a president in a Presidential system isn't
>>
>>58161044
>>58161065
Not really, it's got nothing to do with impeachment here. Here the party (that has a majority in parliament) elects a leader, and that party leader becomes Prime Minister. So it's the parties knifing their own members, not parliament or the courts.
>>
>>58161175
yeap, exactly. Here you can only depose a president if he personally has done a crime
>>
>>58161212
Dilma should really step down tbqh, even if she isn't a corrupt criminal (which it seems like she is), she's been a pretty terrible president. She should hand power over to someone else in her party.

Democracy means nothing nowadays. It holds no value.

If s/he fucks up, s/he gets the boot. So einfach ist das.

2bh, she is bad, but at the same time you can see that partly her problems are because the commodities prices has gone down so much, that we lost our main revenue. The media and the opposition took opportunity of this moment to get her out of power, because she was slow to do something about it, and when she did a thing, she did a really unpopular move, that fucked even her main party base. She should have used our reserves while looking for more trade partners. I mean the last time the world economy was this bad was back in 80s and we had a whole decade of deficit. We need to ensure our internal market to hold off the loss of the external market, while depreciating our currency and these both got kinda destroyed by some bad decisions she took.

The party still runs on the meme of the leader though. People elect the leader rather than the party then the party takes over and does things
>>
>>58161414
So low oil prices caused this whole deal?
I can understand. Let's assume that we are suddenly forced to sell smartphones and electronics at half prices. Korea would go bankrupt within weeks.

>>58161348
Brazil could pick a leader through voting or whoever pulls a sword out of a stone

OP is still going to be a tree swinging ape and a virgin in the end

Some countries like Japan and the UK made their kings into memes and adopted parliamentary systems. It is okay for your parties to run for multiple elections to form government.

Some countries like France killed their kings and people gets to choose their king (president) and impeachment is a big deal because it is nullifying the people's decision.

Impeaching a president is basically like dethroning the Queen.

Well, yeah. Since 2009, the supercycle of commodities have ended. Specially because Saudi Arabia wanted to hurt Russia. But since 2013-2014, she instead of letting our currency depreceate making our exports more competitive and trying to maybe spend less, she hold on to the thought that the world economy would recover, therefore the commodities prices would rise, so she spended even more than when we were growing like 5%-8% a year, hold off our currency from devaluating spending a lot of money and since 2014 was a election year she didn't try to get our economy somewhat better. But then 2014 commodities got even lower, their party freaked out, and instead of doing what maybe Lula did in 2002, she did what an opposition party would do, raised taxes, cut costs from education, healthcare and other shit, then unemployment raised, people stopped paying taxes, tax revenue got down, she got unpopular as hell, and then the opposition that had lost the 2014 elections by 1% (49-50%), did everything to destroy her and Lula's image along with the media and judiciary. And they succeded. And now she is almost impeached already, and when the vice-president assumes the party, he already compromised in cutting costs for real, making our wages plummet and try to solve our problems with real austerity

What's that?
