What's the best country for dental tourism?
I'm considering Romania for a couple dental implants.
They're not the cheapest but they're cheap enough and I don't really trust a Poo in Loo or Mexican with my teeth.

Outside of modern countries (yes, im talking about the former eastern bloc and 3rd world countries) the standard of care is very, very low.
Your problem of a few thousand dollars in America will become a horror story of 20 000 - 50 000 dollars in 5 years. Dental tourism is no joke. The quality of work done is horrendous. I've seen a lot of things come from Romanian and Hungarian "dental holiday packages" and it is absolutely substandard show and doomed to infection. You are going to require extensive surgery to cover the bone loss from the infections that will arise.
You could say that I am shilling for the industry. Why would I do that? When I graduate, I would make 10x the amount of money fixing the "treatment" given to you. If I wanted to be rich, I would hand out fliers directing you to go south before coming to see me again a few years later. The reason is that I would never want anybody undergo the things that I've seen. Just google dental tourism horror stories.

Dentist here. The procedure that you described would be unethical. We try to be as conservative as possible for many reasons. I'd suggest getting one implant and getting your cavities redone only if necessary.

Many people come from all over the world for dental care.
There are some good clinics that have equipment and specialists far beyond the average "Dentists office"
that you might get access to over there on a regular budget.

Modern filling techniques are so effective, you shouldn't have to worry about them falling out, unless you've had shoddy work done. I literally have to take a drill to peoples teeth to remove old fillings, the chances of them "falling out" is abysmal.
Also, dental implants take around 6 months to complete. In the mean time, you'll be stuck with a temporary bridge.
I'd have to take a look in your mouth and determine 100 different things (mostly related to your occlusion) and then make a decision.

The operation itself (Whipple manouver) was a success. Every US hospital, even the leading edge surgical oncological centres, turned him away as it was spread too wide. The Swiss at least gave him a hail mary attempt and managed to give him more time.
