Oh, it's working out as fine as ever. It's just called the 'Commonwealth of Nations' now. Every member is existing nicely and we're not responsible for their welfare any more. It's a comfy feeling similar to being a parent of a grown-up, responsible adult.
Meanwhile, all traces of your 'empire' have literally been removed from existence. Every part of the nation in my OP picture which is not part of modern Germany has been completely re-assimilated with Russians, Poles and other nationalities.

I think they just care about Pomeriana and Silesia, because those regions has been with their countru since the Holy Roman Empire. I don't think they care about the (Polish) land of Prussia which destroyed their country

Why? Clay is overrated, Germany was nice enough in its current shape. Right now, Germany is dying anyway so anyone mourning over some lost territories should check their priorities.
