Education is standardized across the EU. Everyone gets to take classes in their local language, though. Not meant as a vehicle for cultural homogenization. Education is made freely accessible regardless of age. There are no tuition fees at any level.
An EU constitution, consolidating such things as the UN child rights, the ECHR and etceteras is enacted. Maybe steal the good bits from other constitutions, too. Federal laws adhere to this and supersede all state laws.
Correctional facilities are rearranged to be all about personal development and mental health care where needed, so that convicts return to society better prepared and less inclined to re-offend.

No, allowances always need to be made for exceptional people but unless a woman is exceptional she should not be hired outside of select fields. There are very few jobs the average woman is able to do even as well as the average man, much less better.
A job they can do better is taking care of the kids so they don't turn into a bunch of lowlife chimps, so perhaps they should do it instead of fucking up men's place in the societal division of labor.

And the wealth lost by the departure of the feminine workforce will lead to serious problems - how are supposed to live the same life with one salary instead of two ? How will pay for all the welfare ? Etc...
As for the children without parents, that's why there is a maternal and paternal leave, as well as part-time work and schools who serves as kindergarten. I'd rather have my child educated in school than being guarded by my probably unschooled wife.

Wages will have to rise. I have women working for me (poorly might I add) right now who get paid 25 grand a year to do jobs I know I couldn't pay a man less than 40 grand to do because most are just killing time here looking for husbands anyway.
