The thing with sweden is that they have a hope. Their opposition party , while absolutely autistic, is still strong. Germany on the other hand is awful. Any decent party is shut down by their government so they have NO hope.
I live in a smallish town in the redneck part of Germany (Bavaria) and we're OK down here. The big cities are fairly safe too, but they have been getting quite a bit less safe for women, especially at night time. There's also the danger of parallel societies. We'll see how it turns out, but I'm not entirely optimistic.
