It's a reasonable age, I guess. Although I think cases in which consent laws are broken should be judged individually and not purely on the principle. I can see how the assignment of an arbitrary number is needed, but it's supposed to be about the protection of those mentally unfit to properly give consent, regardless of age, isn't it?
