Rarest I have is the French Sint Maarten flag (according to the scale). I started collecting/hunting just yesterday though.

the ones on the bottom include combine fomr half life 2, vaporwave bhutan, /pol/ony, FAMFAMFAM, british antarctic territory, and portoia.
you have to be in syria using the regional flag extension to get ISIS, you can do Hezbollah if you're in Lebanon, the ones on the very bottom are Unknown regions, Pluto, moon, outer space and Ceres. you have to be posting under unknown with the regional flag plugin to get them. PK (the guy who made the plugin and infamous proxyfag) is pretty much the only guy who can get them.
