We tried that, but ~10% of our Death Row weren't those criminals; there was a guy named Anthony Porter who was innocent, and when he was released the guy who they said did it instead was also innocent. Also we're too poor to afford it atm. We should bring it back and lease law enforcement and executions out to Texas.
