Yes. There was a huge anti AIDS push during the 90's and needle programs were one of the most effective ways we started to push back against AIDS. It's funny that before heroin users would just share their AIDS needles. They still do. AIDS is so easy to not catch. Unless you get raped there is no excuse, but one time PiV sex has such a low chance anyway that it is almost negligible. Gays niggers and H users are solely to blame for the proliferation of AIDS.
