I legit used to have anorexia as a teen. I was the same height with like 55kg. I could see my ribs and I thought I was incredibly fat. My head was constantly aching, I was moody, my stomach made funny noises since it was completely empty. If I puffed it up it made a slurping sound. There was nothing in there.
Also like one day at midnight I was watching a tv-show and started wondering what had I eaten. No,nothing for dinner, lunch? as if. I never eat breakfast, so huh.. I guess I hadn't eaten anything all day. Then I went made two buns with nothing but a thin spread of margarine on top, and thought I was a disgusting pig who couldn't control themselves.
I don't know, over the years it morphed into something different. You have no idea how delicious something is when you had barely eaten anything all week. Instead of restricting I begun to binge whenever I felt sad or overwhelmed. And, here I am I guess.

I'm partially disabled after spinal fusion, so no exercise and high anxiety/depression from /int/ bullying while chair-ridden. Anxiety goes away after eating. I cut out all junk food but even eating healthy, fruit/vegitable/chicken and whole bread, and little exercise, along with opiate painkillers (destroys testosterone levels, causing more fat gain) is making me fatter
It's all in my stomach too, visceral fat, the worst kind, caused by anxiety (cortisol spikes)
I have to wear a small-size compression vest under any shirt when I go outside or to the gym to try to start working out again. Otherwise I literally have a belly and man boobs
