no bully pls
>>57852549
This is exactly the same as mine, except for one thing, one very odd thing. Why the fuck would you eat bread?! It's fucking foul.
>>57852649
What's that under the cheese?
I haven't even gone to bed yet cunt
>>57852719
Kolbasa (sausage for you non-Slavs)
I don't even know why I eat this.
It doesn't fill me up, it takes long to make and eat, it doesn't really taste of anything either.
But I'm weird with breakfasts. They do fill me up while I'm eating them, but then an hour later I'm always starving again. And it's always a "struggle" for me to eat breakfast, I don't know why. Probably my crippling depression and anxiety mixed with being completely exhausted despite sleeping 8 hours.
>>57852887
What's under that sausage?
In about 14 hours I'll make a breakfast burrito, lads
Gonna fry up some potatoes, pour two scrambled eggs over them, then stir in some cottage cheese
Then into the tortilla, and add the salsa
>>57852993
Ketchup
>>57852549
Europe likes oatmeal? I like to out a bit of brown sugar in mine
>inb4 why sugar at breakfast
Sugar any later than dinner is bad.
>>57853097
The ketchup is the only thing I find weak about that. Sausage and cheese on bread is a winner anywhere in the world. Should have gone with mustard instead of ketchup though.
What kind of cheese is that?
a fruit and a glass of milk
every morning
as long as i can remember
>>57853127
Aww shit I love oatmeal. I normally just add some almond milk to mine to make it sweet.
>>57853158
Is the milk made from activated almonds?
>>57853182
Oh man I hope so. I'd kill myself if it wasn't
But srsly, shitposting aside, try this. it's delicious.
>>57852549
Pretty much this minus the coffee but with an additional sandwich.
>>57853205
Orange juice, sandwich with cheese and lettuce (no butter), bowl of filmjölk with berries and müsli.
>>57853205
What's on the sandwich? Also it would be better with the coffee desu
>>57853234
>>57853205
Musil, yogurt, and two sandwiches? That's a lot. How do you even have room for dinner.
>>57853127
I was raised eating oatmeal with salt and butter. Still so good.
>>57853157
How tall you bruh
If you've really been doing this as long as you remember this will be valuable data for my imaginary autism graph of breakfast v. manletism
>>57853287
Right? And they call us fatties.
>>57852943
i was the same as you until i discovered i dont NEED to have breakfast so what i do is basically intermitent fasting.
>>57853269
I eat it with a slice of cheese and lettuce. I skip the butter sicne its unhealthy and I'm not that fond of it.
>>57853287
Its filmjölk, not yoghurt. But its not that much imo, I'm 177 cm and weigh 72-73 kg and its just the right sized meal for me t b h
>>57853326
thats because you are a lot fatter on average.
>>57853308
6'0", 165lb
>>57852943
Havregrynsgröt är hemskt, man är hungrig igen efter 20 minuter. ät en riktig frukost istället.
on a normal day I skip breakfast because I work every night til 2 or 3am and have to be at class by 9.
On the weekends I usually make eggs, grits, bacon or porkchops, and biscuits. If I'm feeling too lazy to make it myself but not too lazy to walk to a local diner, I have the same thing just at the diner. Pic related

Obesity rates in Europe is rising
>>57853361
I don't know those commie units but I'm 6'5 180lbs and that is way too much for me. I play sports too

>6'5 180
>too much
you're a skellington. learn to eat more.
>>57853205
that bowl with Filmjölk looks good
>>57853475
I can't. I feel like a fat ass and I'd be stuffing myself if I eat too much. I like the weight I am.
>>57853392
You are underweight for a male, must look like a skeleton lord. You should be somewhere around 190-195 lbs if you arent an athlete and around 205 - 215 lbs if you are one.
>>57853361
we're fat because cheap food is fattening: a stick of butter costs less than a cabbage in the US.
Oatmeal, sandvich or two, tea and a smoothie.
That is if I'm not working at nightshift, about half an hour and I'm outta here and gonna crashland on my bed once I get home.
>>57853577
Its not only your diets. When I was in the US my impression was that americans take the car everywhere and rarely walk.
We walk more and eat food with less calories. Obesity is increasing in Europe though, older people are quite often more or less fat, but we dont have those kind of fatties you have that are gigantic.
>>57853097
whats under that ketchup?
>>57853521
180 is not a healthy weight for a 6'5 man. I'm 5 inches shorter than you and I weigh almost 20lbs more. What "sport" do you play where you can get away with being a literal stick?
>>57853577
beans and rice are cheap as shit. so are potatoes. No one has any excuse to be fat. Stupidity and refusal to eat bland but cheap food is what's making Americans fat.
>>57853696
I'm not a "literal stick"
Okay my arms and shins are skinny but my thighs and core are strong. I play hockey
>>57853541
I don't really look like a skeleton.
>>57853696
We have a shit tier welfare system. Food stamps cover Doritos for some inexplicable reason, so why should white trash buy beans and rice they were never taught how to cook?
>>57853541
>>57853696
He's only thirteen pounds short, fatties
>>57853760
If you play hockey you should know by looking at the NHL what kind of weight is require to play hockey, at least above beer leagues.
a 6'5 guy in the NHL usually weighs in at 215 lbs, minimum. And then the heavier ones go up to 230-235 lbs.
>>57853821
13 lbs is quite much. And thats the weight for someone who not a hockey player.
>>57853951
I've lost 40 lbs over the past two years and I feel so much lighter and better when I play. I mean sure I could work out and gain muscle and weight but I'm a beer leaguer who is too lazy for that.
>>57852633
He doesn't have a job
>>57853655
>When I was in the US my impression was that americans take the car everywhere and rarely walk.
I'm definitely guilty. European cities are much more walkable than ours in general, but I don't even have that as a valid defense. The city I live in is very walkable, but I grew up elsewhere that was much less so, so I am just spoiled by the car...
>>57853776
If we tried to make food stamps not cover useless shit you know damn well we'd get hit with the "das racis" line despite the fact that there are people of all colors on welfare.
>>57854025
thank
No seriously bro i'm 6'7 and was str8 lanklet mode throughout high school. I think I was around your weight- but it honestly looks so much better if a person is filled out.
I'm around 230 right now and i'd like to think that I only gained muscle- but even gaining some fat will look exponentially better.
I dont normally eat this much but now i happened to have time

>>57857133
Egg sandwich
>>57857133
Egg sandwich in a bagel
>>57856622
Bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a hard roll (the roll is important).
A personal favorite.
>>57853127
Is oatmeal just the American term for porridge or is it actually something different? I eat it with brown sugar too
>>57857624
I guess it's the North American term for oat porridge. I don't know if they are different or not.
>>57853154
I ex-Soviet countries Ketchup has a lot of cultural heritage. Especially in places like Eastern Germany and Poland.
It's such a small thing, but many "Western" luxuries were outlawed during the Soviet era, so things as basic as ketchup are much more desirable in those parts of the world.
>>57857671
>>57857624
They're the same thing, Commonwealth countries call it porridge even though you can make rice or corn porridge too
I usually just have a bowl of cereal
>>57852549

I dont think anywhere in the world there is that kind of sausage. Mybe im wrong. But it's good with ketchup.
How do people even eat in the morning. I cant shove anything down my throat after i wake up. >inb4 vodka hangover.
>breakfast
You mistake me for someone who has control over their life.
Pretty much my breakfast except I do 6 six weetbix and have banana chopped up in it.
>>57853308
I had about a pint of milk a day when I was a kid and I'm 5'6. Didn't do me any good. Although, it is possible that I would have been shorter without the milk
