1. Your country
2. How much meat do you eat?
I tend to buy 1 pound of red meat every week, with the rest of my animal protein coming from dairy. That makes me roughly Turkey-tier, plus any additional meat I get eating out at restaurants.
A lot. Mostly chicken breasts and fish, with the ocasional red meat every once in a while.

this is a fairly representative sample of what I eat in a usual week.
sunday - fish 265g
monday - prawns 175g
tuesday - turkey 450g
wednesday - pork ribs ~450g (including bones though)
thursday - chicken 450g
friday - if I can get it, ostrich 250g, if not maybe duck legs 460g (including bones) or something
saturday - whatever the fuck i feel like, maybe frozen pizza (minimal meat)
I used to have more beef (steaks or burgers), but I've been trying to cut back given that red meat is pretty carcinogenic.

I don't think it is a question of poverty in this case. They have for example the greatest cattle herd in the world, but you can't kill a cow in India.

It's a shame we aren't on that graph given the amount of beef we consume.

I eat meat with every meal except breakfast, which is occasional bacon or sausage. Estimate about 2.5 kg per week, or 130 kg per year.
