I've only been to Lisboa, Oporto, and a few smaller villages but I fell in love with Portugal and can't wait to go back. The food is a big part of the love affair.

I wouldn't agree that any food > Spanish food. I think Spanish food is pretty delicious when you go beyond paella and sangria, which is what most guiris order. It's a highly regional country and each place has their own specialty which is pretty dank. But I just enjoy Portuguese food more, personally. At least more than the food from the region where I live (Castilla y Leon; have to say though, Galicia and the north has some dank food)
