Why don't Southern Europeans eat a real breakfast? Germanics and Slavs to the North eat a real breakfast, Arabs to the South eat a real breakfast, it's only a tiny fraction of the Mediterranean that thinks this is an appropriate meal.

I eat something similar to this for breakfast. I feel like a greasy ball of shit if I eat a huge breakfast first thing in the morning. Honestly a big, "real" breakfast is usually had only on the weekends for most people. We're not all Amerifat pigs like OP
