In Helsinki there is extremely little dog poop. There used to be a lot more like 15 years ago but now people have the guts to tell you off if you leave dog's shit in the grass/road.
The only thing that is "unclean" about Finland is all the gravel that is left over after it was sowed on the snow. But that is being cleared quick too.

Finns are polite (in honest way) only to nationalities they respect and Germans and Japanese tend to be the long time favourites; Nipps are respected for their post-WW2 social and economical efforts, Germans for the same reasons plus their work ethic, their production quality and them being Waffenbrũder in WW2 (many have forgotten that they betrayed Finns in the question of Eastern Karelia, but then again they demanded independece of Finland in the Brest-Litovsk peace treaty).
Reds and leftists in general 'respect' everything that is non-Finnish, non-western and especially they have a very disturbing respect for Russian nations (not Ruskies themselves, no dear god, because those dirty muzhiks drinking spirits and mowing their cabbage fields seems awfully lot like Finnish post-prohibition peasants of the Crown), no matter what ideology they practice at the time. General population on the other hand have very negative image of Russian nations (especially Soviet Union of course), but are only slightly cautious towards Russians themselves. Russian emigrants in Finland tend to be more of the civilized caste and are usually respected.
Like the Nipp wrote, Finns definitely have two faces: they tend to be polite even to shitskins that have never given anything positive to Finnish society, but behind their backs, they curse them. The massive influx of this antisocial matter in recent months however have started to change this behaviour and people practising Religion of Peace have started to receive more negative treatment upfront. This hopefully means that Finns have not lost their backbone completely.
