Can anyone tell me their Israel experience?

Recently i've been given the chance to visit Israel, however, some of my friends, and people others who have visited Israel say that its a shithole. Basicly they say that if you're not jewish then people are gonna treat you like shiet, and that there's a massive stabbing spree going on in Jerusalem (the city i intend to visit) these days. Should i go? or should i avoid Israel like the plague?

I'm not Jewish but I was in Israel for a semester. It's pretty chill. Girls are fucking hots. Tel Aviv is cool so is Haifa. Basically European tier.

With no intention to offend, you (for most part) only get the tourists that can't afford more expensive places, and this people are usually "arsim"- the local version of "bydlo". And I know exactly what you mean when you call them a plague.

Stabbings only occur near Palestinian areas- so just avoid them (easily recognizable by checkpoints and fuckton of border police). Though it seems that the major part of the wave has passed and things are going back to normal again.
Other than that, tons of places to visit and cool stuff to do.
And it's kinda rich from your Mexican friends to call Israel a shithole...

I've been to Israel and I can confirm that they are *very* friendly.
I got showered with ceremonial rocks on three occasions by religious Jews. I didn't understand at the time, but a tour guide explained to me that this was their way of showing respect. Very respectful people to go out of their way and welcome me to their country with their own ceremonial rites.
