Cheap. "Going Dutch" is splitting the check at a restaurant. They are known for fixing things with random supplies found around their house instead of buying real stuff or paying fixers. I'm from town that is mostly populated by Dutch immigrants descents(myself included)

Northwest Washington. Finns originally settled the area but then around WW11(I think) Dutch people came and started many dairy farms here. Are dairy farms popular in the Netherlands?
Is religion a big deal there? All the Dutch people here are very religious. My town used to hold the record for most churches per square mile. The reformed church is popular here and from what I understand that's the Dutch church

Dairy farms are fairly popular, but they are usually heavily industrialized and very big.
As for religion, outside of rural areas it is basically nothing (except for Islam). For comparison, out of the 23 people in my class, 1 is Catholic and 2 are Muslim, the rest are irreligious.
The Reformed church is a branch of Protestantism, and it isn't necciseraly the Dutch church. The reformed church movement started when John Calvin and Martin Luther started disagreeing whit each other, and they made a split in Protestantism. But the Reformed church is really only popular in the Netherlands, Hungary, Switzerland, some parts of Germany and Scotland (even though the Scots give it a different name).
The Netherlands used to be a country that was majority Reformed (about 6:1 with Catholics), but then the Catholics started breeding like rabbits and now the Catholic and Reformed churches are about as big as eachother.
