Depends on what you're looking for.
If you just compare random bullshit stats like GDP, HDI, average wage, etc; you'll find both to be equal with perhaps a marginal lead for Slovenia.
But if you you look closer you can find many differences. Czechia is industrial, urban and somewhat more relevant. Also, Prague is a major city that's always been at the core of everything European.
Meanwhile, Slovenia is more rural, cute & adorable and irrelevant. We used to be Austrian backwater at the edge of European civilization. Unlike Prague, Ljubljana was just some provincial shithole before WW2. This also meant that a lot of our nature was untouched.
To sum it up: Czechia is great for young people. It has more job opportunities, parties, beer, and a mindset compatible with younger people. Slovenia on the other hand is great for tourism and older people. If you'd like a vacation with nice nature, fresh air, and peace, Slovenia is perfect for you. It's also a nice place to consider if you want to retire.
