YES

Well, independence is fine. Reunification with our Nederbros would be grand.

Besides that, Poland, Russia, Romania, Hungary, Greece, Iran and India.

It's a hard life.

There is no reason for the Flamish to be independent, Belgium is not a significant country anyway.
Making it even less significant does not work in the interest of anyone.
But if you want a low profile country to work as a new Luxembourg, then go ahead and break-up.

>Making it even less significant does not work in the interest of anyone.

>Walloons are all lazy, snobby, communists
>only contribute 20% to the Belgian economy

They are literally dead weight and cutting then off absolutely works in the interest of Flanders

You wouldn't say that if you had a large minority pushing their language on you, leeching money and overwhelmingly voting to bring in more third world immigrants.

(elections 2014; yellow = Flemish mildly conservative nationalist party, red = socialists, blue = liberals)

France doesn't want Wallonia and who can blame them.
Most Flemish don't really want to be part of the Netherlands (although they don't feel strongly about it). Don't know why, it only seems natural to me for us to be with our linguistic and cultural northern brothers.
