There is no conflict in laws. Being secured of certain rights means the state is obligated to provide them to you. A religious institution is not a state institution (the separation of church and state goes both ways!) so religious institutions can very well, within the confines of the law, refuse their services to homosexuals.
Or at least, that WAS the case until the law stopped being made on reasonable basis and started being dictated by "muh feelings".
