Eugenics make little to no sense because there are almost no ways to quantify better genetics. The only measurement I can think of is IQ and going by that Ashkenazi Jews are the master race. Hitler and the Nazis went on with arbitrary meaningless traits like hair and eye color which have little to no impact on genetic fitness other than perhaps, for some, sexual desirability.
