Anyway, my real opinion: I don't think anything (nor good nor bad) about heritage fags. Obviously if someone knows the language, the culture, the way of life of the people of one nation, (well, every human is different and unique on its own but you get my meaning) then those people would consider him closer, even if he's from another country.
Maybe he will always look, act, sound a bit different from the "norm" in that country, and people would always perceive a little of foreign in him, but that's also a beautiful thing, isn't it?
