~98% here (Sudbury, Northern Ontario).
Yeah, time for me to get my ass out of Mississaugastan. Pretty sure Europeans are a minority in my city.

Higher white percents you only find in some south towns (RS and SC). We are all mixed.

9,6% of the population here doesn't speak either Finnish or Swedish as their mother tongue, but I'd imagine the largest minorities are Estonians and Russians.
