Agreed on a large part of the map, but here's a few things to consider:
-stormlands are known for their lack of large cities and their tendency to build castles, which alligns with Wales
-iron islands raid culture+longships equals the danes/vikings
-lannister might not equal england as a whole, but rather house Lancaster
-the north does not equal scotland, rather it is york
the fact that GRRM derived the war of the clash between Stark and Lancaster from the war of the roses affirms the two above mentions
-the vale being closed off from the outside by mountain ranges might refer to switzerland
-beyond the wall definitely refers to the scots (think of hadrians wall)
-the Dutch would more likely refer to the Targaryens as in Aegon's conquest being alligned to the glorious revolution (an outsider from another landmass crossing the strait and unifying the continent/island)
all in all a pretty good call
