Can you explain to me why there is so little high quality content in Lithuanian? Youtube's Lithuanian videos are almost all either sports or something, never anything good.

Radioshow was quite influential for Lithuanian humor. It was le edgiest edge back in the middle 90s, grew up on it myself.
