If you enjoyed Czech rep. then if you are also into hiking and shit like that Slovakia is pretty clear choice.
From Slovakia you have it close to Budapest (only relevant cities in Europe culture wise are Paris, Prague and Budapest anyway).
3 week vacation though.. Thats little bit too long for just Hungary and Slovakia, so hit up Prague once again, we are having some nice weather lately.

CR was pretty rad. We went as a business trip but it certainly turned into a vacation. Ate tons of food from local joints in outer Prague. Probably gained 10lbs of fat during the 2 weeks I was there.
