No, it's our current shield with the eagle(which normally said to be fascist symbol, but it's older) and the cross of Burgundy, both symbols are from Habsburg Spain, but were still used during Borbon reign, and are now less used.

So, can anyone of you explain the double headed chicken? What does it mean, and why are we using it?
People use 1 headed one because hawk/eagle is on top of a food chain, it eats stuff and nothing can eat it, right? So.... what's the deal with 2 headed versions?
I believe Romans/Byzantines used it to represent unity or something between their 2 administrative regions, while still being one empire. Or something.
Why are we (and Russians and Greeks and who ever else) using it? Our emperor got Byzantine standard as a gift from Constantinople, but why the entire bird?
