This. We don't work less hours, we just do it later.
Anyway siesta has never been a thing in the north. Here in Catalonia most people start to work at 8am.

It's focking hot, Texa's boy.
But even if it is, I'm telling you, it's not a thing here in the north. (Barcelona is in the North-east, burgerman.)
But try to work on a summer day in the South. Tell me if its viable...

They should just open the windows, or are they too stupid for that?
>>57373918
Don't you have like, air conditioning in Spain?
>>57373971
This year we are reaching about 23-24 ºC now in April and I can't stand it.
This country is an oven.
>>57374012
Yes. But even with air conditioning it's annoying to move to the office or wherever you work.

Why don't they start their work at 6? Till 12 am it's 6 hours then only 2 hot hours at hot temp and get back to home.
>>57374132

That's what I always do in the summer.

The best thing anyone can do, if you can afford it, is turn on the air conditioner, close all windows, doors...
You basically have to stay in your refrigerator-bunker in order to survive the summer.

I know this is not a competition of who lives in the most hostile environment but you have to realize that Spain has a semi-arid climate in some places, danish summer is nothing compared to spanish summer
