Russian (or should I say Ukrainian? I think it comes from there) borscht is tooootally different. It's full of vegetables and meat, it's also quite thick. Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan of it, but that's like considering limons and oranges the same. Oh, and uszkas... damn I need to visit some restaurant with good barszcz tomorrow.
