I would recommend ancestry.com but I'm not sure how useful it would be for euros and its expensive as fuck. There are forums where people do research for free, try to find one exclusive or specific to the Czech republic.
Since you are European my most important piece of advice is to find records from the churches your relatives went to. They were the old census keepers essentially, that's where I expect you would find the most info
