Reminder that it was British troops, not Canadians, and a freak tornado came out and put out the fire so great job checking the forecast, limeys.

But many of those British troops would go on to settle the Canada colonies, and still today English people ethnically are the largest group in Canada.
How do you fare? Do the descendants of British people, in a colony started by the British for British settlers get no quarter? How does that make any sense? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Migration_of_Canada

That storm afterwards did even more damage than fire.

>Episode 25: Canada! reveal your hidden power!
Honestly the only thing that bugs me about it is when Canadians try to take credit for it. They weren't even British-Canadian troops, they were from Britain itself.
We got based Jackson out of the war anyway, so no harm no foul.

Ah yes

How did Britain go from here to: "America, protect our Far Eastern Interests lest Japan cucks us"
>>57317337
Let's not forget how that war ended: With 11,000 British troops getting completely destroyed by 4,700 American soldiers.

Actually it was after the war ended, and thus it was entirely irrelevant.
